When thinking about building an ADU or room addition, a second consultation with an engineer is required. We will come up with the best layout for your needs and then create a build ready set of blueprints to submit to the city for approval.
Sometimes engineering blueprints are needed for interior home remodels as well when moving structural and load bearing walls.
Non structural projects do not require blueprints to be completed by an engineer however we still need a plan to submit to the city for a permit detailing the scope of work we will be completing. This can be taken care of by our team.
